This is a beach house and I live here year round.
You have your own locking bedroom and bathroom and you share with me (the owner and host) open concept kitchen, living room , dining area. I have my own locking bedroom and bathroom, plus locked storage and work areas.
An electric bicycle, beach bicycle, 2 person kayak, paddle board, row boat, and sun lounger are available for rental upon request.
I live in the home and work nearby.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
