Relax with the whole family at this home, 5 minutes from the beach on quiet street in a very small development on the intracoastal waterway. 1 or 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with large open concept room. Beautiful yard with many fruit tree and flowers. Central air, large TV, across the street from the intracoastal waterway, 5 minutes to Peanut Island, public beaches, ocean, Publix, restaurants, parks, shops, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, sailing, cocktail cruising and tennis courts. 1970’s Florida home, remodeled to modernize appliances, bathroom and floor plan but keeps traditional touches like jalosy windows. 1-2 Guests have exclusive use of 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and the large open floor-plan room, which includes the living room, dining room and kitchen. Guests also have shared use, with me, of the full size washer and dryer, in the garage. 3 or 4 guests may stay for an additional $50 fee and a 2d bedroom will be opened. I have exclusive use of an in-law suite (a bedroom with bathroom) and 2 storage rooms,. Each area has a separate outside entrance, and the doors between the two areas are locked. Guests have off-street parking. I am usually available throughout your stay and we can trade phone numbers Quiet horseshoe shaped street in a very small development on the intracoastal waterway and 5 minutes from the ocean and beaches, with lots of restaurants, shops and water-related places, like 5 marinas, 1 scuba shop, 7 tackle shops, 4 kayak and paddle board rental shops, 2 outdoor tiki restaurants, etc. Private driveway. This home is fully furnished and equipped and, when it is not rented out, I use the entire home. So, you will find my things throughout, such as photographs, food, clothes, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and other personal items. Other than the food, you are welcome to use everything in the rental portion of the home. Guests have shared use of a full size fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, air fryer and TV. There is one queen bed in the 1st bedroom and one daybed kn the 2d bedroom.
