Steps to the intracoastal, grocery, watersport & fishing rental shops, marina & tiki bar and world renowned snorkeling/diving off the Blue Heron bridge. We are a mixed residential/marine industrial area. *Special pricing for weekly & monthly rentals (reflected in calendar), prices firm, trip insurance recommended* BEDROOMS: The home has two bedrooms (one king bedroom and one bedroom with 2 xl twin beds) with new hybrid / foam mattresses. KITCHEN: There is a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook - new ceramic pots and pans, toaster oven, oven, microwave, bowls, strainers, knives - you name it! There is a Keurig coffee maker where you can choose to use coffee grounds or use our complementary K-cups. OFFICE: For those working remotely, there is a dedicated office with two full size monitors, Bluetooth keyboard and mouse and docking station for you to just plug in and get to work quickly, including high speed WiFi. OUTDOORS: There is a private backyard with a new gas grill to fire up your fresh catch! There are also papaya and banana trees - help yourself if ripe! OTHER: Additionally, we provide a washer/dryer, all beach essentials (towels, chairs, umbrella), YouTube TV and fast WiFi. We offer self-check in with keyless entry. There is a driveway on the side of the house for two cars. Guests can also park on a dedicated grass area in front of the house if an additional car is needed. BEACH: The public beach is just over the bridge - 3 min drive. The beach has free parking, restaurants, park, etc. SNORKELING / SCUBA: The Blue Heron Bridge, minutes from our front door, has a world-wide following among divers and snorkelers. The accolades could on forever — it's been called the Best Shore Diving in The Americas, Florida’s Exotic Critter Capital and it was named the 2013 top dive site in the world by PADI's diving magazine. You can choose to walk to the beach located just off the bridge (.6 miles) or park at Phil Foster Park (.8 miles). The deepest depth at this site is ~20 feet. This site is well-known for the diversity of species. Squid, octopus, spotted rays, and starfish are regularly seen. Colorful angelfish and parrotfish, juvenile snapper, grunts and grouper, damsels, blennies and wrasses are all there. MARINA: Close to the house is the newly remodeled marina, tiki bar and restaurant, bicentennial park with the water taxi to Peanut Island. On Saturday's they have open air, waterfront green market.
