You have complete access to the front yard, private backyard and the entire home.
Check in and check out super simple. Parking accommodates 4 cars.
You will most likely be interacting with my cohost Mindy. Who is absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to have helping me when I’m out of town.
The neighborhood is wonderful. It’s nice and quiet, friendly people with shaded sidewalks to bike or walk to view the inlet with boats entering the intercoastal and florida's seabirds. A great little neighborhood to explore not to mention the bars, restaurants and the beach only a short walking distance from the house.
Parking is very easy, with a U-shaped drive in the front of house and fits up to four cars comfortably.
All doors and windows need to be kept closed, set the AC on 74 when you leave the house and close the blinds to keep the house cool.
DO NOT clean any of the kitchen and bath counters with anything other than water or it will DAMAGE the counters. Charges can occur.
Please be mindful about touching walls. The natural oils from the hands will dirty the white walls which is part of what makes this home really beautiful. thank you.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
