Guests can access additional streaming services with their own accounts. ***Please be aware that this property is located in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in the Good Neighbor protection program. To maintain a peaceful environment, our smart home technology monitors the levels of decibel and occupancy. If excessive noise or occupancy is detected, our team will be notified and reach out to remind guests of the maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology complies with privacy regulations and only monitors decibels and devices, not personal conversations or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! ***This reservation allows 3 dogs, and no other animals are permitted without prior approval. Reasonable barking from the dogs may be heard during the stay. *** Reservation includes 6 parking spots. Any unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense. Guests may request an additional paid parking spot at $20/day or $200/mo. We can not guarantee additional parking spot. ***To enter the rental, guests must use an E-lock, which requires a unique code that is reset after each stay. ***There are five surveillance cameras on the property, two of which are installed on the front of the home overlooking the parking area, while one is on either side of the home looking towards the walkways. Another camera is located at the back of the home overlooking the communal outdoor area, which includes a large outdoor dining table, grill, and firepit. All cameras have access to two-way audio communication when being viewed live, but they do not record sound. The cameras are not actively monitored 24/7.
