Interaction with guests is based on their presence. Otherwise a guest wouldn’t know if I was home or not.
House is a 2 story home. I live upstairs. 1/2 the year it’s just me. Seasonally my husband lives with me upstairs, when he’s not travel for work. Our cat Bear mostly is an Outdoor Cat, on a night he comes inside to our room.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
