House has everything what possibly will need for your stay . Fenced around with upfront and backyard patios . Friendly safe neighborhood in a quit family oriented area. House surrounds tropical plants and fruit trees .Driveway feet 4 cars one after other . Open concept living room/ dinning room / breakfast bar area facing garden view to backyard patio , nice dining table with chairs and banch next to breakfast bar area with 4 swirls chairs . Kitchen have everything you need to make a meal and fully equipped with pots , silver, plates and varieties of glasses and cups . Comlimentary variety coffee, tea, spices, water bottles some breakfast items in refrigerator or pantry cabinetry . Private 3 bedrooms , plenty blankets , linens, towels , fully equipped inside and outside. Rooms private and located in different part of the house . House looks small from outside ,spacious inside with a nice size of bedrooms with Quinn side beds , in main bedroom private bathroom in 2 bedrooms TVs and TV in a leaving room . In 3rd bedroom working space comfy couch to sleep for extra guest. Place good take care always updated with nice quality towels and linens . Those days very hard to find a right help to fix things or even clean right . I would really appreciate when you are parking look up for not run over or park at grass area, Please if that’s possible could you please not to wear shoes when you go inside bedrooms where eco friendly flooring installed or rugs areas .I steam deep cleaning house on regular basic. All washed after every guests pillows cases ,blankets mattress pads . Beds will be made for you with clean fresh lines and variety towels in both bathrooms closets . Closets in every room with extras pillows , linens. Inside 2 bathrooms soap, body wash,shampoo and conditioner includes as well all cleaning supplies in a laundry room with hangers full size Samsung washer and dryer. Laundry room in a house with hangers ,drying rails. If you use washer and dryer please leave $10 per stay to handle water ,electric bill. I boagh brend new Samsung washing machine . High speed internet Wi-Fi is on a house .Some boarder games and kids toys with books in a leaving room closet next to sliding doors . Beach chairs ,umbrella and kids beach stuff in a shad at backyard . Front patio has lounch chairs ,umbrella.

Convenion right off I 95 exit 77 to East Northlake Blvd. close to shopping beaches.
To enter house come inside white fence on your left to the door . Individual code will be given to you on your check in day . The door from driveway emergency exit only. You could use it if you inside house but do not luck yourself out there different code to enter with a keys . Keep all doors lean closed and do not run over or park at the grass please . Trash bin is outside behind pine tree from driveway on a right side . Pool wire fence in you to open .
Please lock sliding doors and entry door when you go out by simply press "TACKLife" button on entry door . Make sure it's closed.
No partying ,No smoking or vaping . You can smoke outside only . Drugs Not allowed on any parts inside or outside property ! If the smell from smoking will be present extra $450 cleaning fees will uply.
Please turn off the lights when not in use during day time or at night time including outside .
Please do not let your pets on furniture or rug/carpet areas or inside bedrooms Shoes not allowed inside bedrooms on a rugs or carpet area . I keep house clean and organized. If you left a mess extra cleaning fees $350 will uply . Early check in fees -$60.
Pet fee - $75
Drop off language $50. We do not do housekeeping every day . This is a house 3 bed/ 3 bath if you wish to clean house during your stay let us know please . $150 per cleaning . Thank you .
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
