We are a 7 minute car ride/Uber to Downtown WPB, Clematis Street and The Square. We are also very close to Flagler, The Palm Beach Yatch Club, the intercostal, the beaches, Palm Beach and Worth Ave! Our home was built in 1924, over 100 years ago! We are in a historic district of West Palm Beach. What makes this property special is it’s calming energy. The backyard, with its 25’ palms and water feature is perfect for shaded peaceful meditation or wine with love ones. It’s a short drive across the bridge to Palm Beach, its world renowned stores on Worth Avenue and the Atlantic beaches, to downtown West Palm Beach, the airport and the train stations: Tri Rail and the New speed train: The Brightline takes you to Fort Lauderdale in 30 mins and 60 minutes to Miami. Only 2 blocks to the Intracoastal Waterway, close to the Palm Beach Maritime Museum (from where you can take a water taxi to Peanut Island) and Currie Park with its bike paths, tennis courts and awesome views. City Place is just 10 minutes drive away with its shopping, restaurants, theaters, sidewalk cafes, Restoration Hardware’s chic & trendy Rooftop Restaurant, nightclubs and boutiques; Clematis Street's shopping and nightlife, the Kravis Center for the performing Arts, the Norton Museum and the Palm Beach County Convention Center is all within reach!
