Tastefully designed and fully equipped, it will surely make your stay a delightful one in the sunshine state! This secluded and special guesthouse is an overall gem! Offering an open but cozy space with high-end industrial capacity kitchen appliances, beautiful furnishings, including a very comfy and functional wall-mounted bed, a separate reader's/desk corner, modern TV, Wifi, AC/heater, reverse osmosis drinking water filter and more. It is fully equipped for a wonderful stay...and the outdoors!? Just fabulous! With a beautiful patio, pool/hot tub, BBQ grill and an impressive Florida native garden, you are in for a true Florida treat! The guesthouse has it's own private parking spot and entrance gate in the alleyway behind the main house. It is lit up at night, safe and secured with cameras. We spend our time between Florida and Michigan, so we may or may not be in the main house when you visit :) But don't worry, we are as quiet or as friendly as you'd prefer. You'll have plenty of privacy, but we could be available as needed. The outdoors are filled with Florida Native plants, which you are free to roam and admire :) We are gardeners at heart and enjoy sharing our passion, so feel free to ask away! Although the pool/hot tub, patio furniture and BBQ grill are shared, wether with us if we are home or with other guests that may be staying at the main house, we are certain you'll have plenty of privacy to feel comfortable, and enjoy your stay :)
