Fuel your creativity or handle your business from our sleek working desk and chair, and enjoy your morning coffee on our stylish coffee tables. The room also features a breezy ceiling fan for your comfort. The living room smoothly transitions to our modern kitchen equipped with a 4-range electric stove top and oven for whipping up culinary delights. Store your favorite snacks and beverages in our spacious 2-door fridge with a handy freezer. The kitchen also comes with a window AC unit to keep the temperature just right. A microwave is available for quick reheats and popcorn nights. When it's time to retreat, our bedroom provides a sanctuary for relaxation. Sleep comfortably on one of the two twin beds, each fitted with a luxurious new 10'' hybrid mattress or you can also use our comfortable sofa bed as a third bed. A nightstand, 40'' Smart TV, and a dresser are also available for your convenience. Keep your comfort at an optimum level with the inclusion of a window AC unit and fan. Our sparkling clean bathroom sports a walk-in shower, complete with a grab bar for accessibility. Freshen up at the single vanity sink before you take on the day or unwind for the night. As our esteemed guest, you will enjoy exclusive use of our charming cottage, including the quaint patio at the front equipped with outdoor seating and a table. The property is situated a comfortable 60 feet from the main road, ensuring a peaceful retreat. You can easily access the cottage via our driveway. We accommodate driveway parking for a single vehicle. Please note, the parking space is quite snug, so if you're planning on arriving in an SUV or a vehicle of similar size, do contact us in advance. Any additional vehicles can be conveniently parked along the street, free of cost. Additionally, it's important to note that our property also hosts another residence situated towards the front, which is currently rented to a delightful retired couple on a long-term basis. They are wonderful neighbors who fully respect the privacy of our short-term rental guests. Rest assured, your stay will be peaceful and undisturbed, providing the tranquility you seek in your vacation experience.
