Guests will have private access to the main house during their stay. Please note that the outdoor areas and driveway may be shared if the separate guest house on the property is booked. While the home features a private 3-car driveway, parking spaces cannot be guaranteed as it is a shared area. Free street parking is readily available directly in front of the home and throughout the neighborhood.

💦 Pool Heating:
Pool heating is available for $50/day. If you'd like the pool pre-heated for your arrival, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready for you.
🐾 Pets Allowed:
Pet fee is $125 per pet with a maximum of three pets. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet and any and all damages caused from pets are the financial responsibility of the guest. Cats are not allowed under any circumstances as allergies to them are common.
👥 Guest Limit:
A maximum of 10 overnight guests are permitted. Any gatherings exceeding 10 people must receive prior host approval. Parties are not allowed under any circumstances, and outdoor noise must be kept to a reasonable level out of respect for our neighbors. West Palm Beach quiet hours are 10pm-10am and noise is to be minimal during this time.
🚭 No Smoking or Vaping Indoors:
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home. Guests are financially responsible for any and all damages.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
