NOTE: Guests can park on P Street, ensuring the vehicle is parked in the direction of traffic flow. To avoid any tickets, kindly refrain from parking next to double yellow lines or within 15 feet of a fire hydrant, as required by law. I am available to my guests anytime via messaging on the platform. However, if guests need me locally, I would love to assist them in person! ● Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. ● Pool and BBQ grill hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Guests must reserve the grill at least 24 hours before use. ● This unit shares a laundry room with free washer and dryer with other 2 units. The laundry room is available Mon-Fri 9 AM-5 PM and Sat 9 AM-1 PM, not on Sundays. Guests must notify at least 24 hours in advance to use it. ● No smoking is allowed inside the house. ● No loud music can be played outside. ● No pets are allowed inside or outside the house. ● No parties or events are allowed. ● Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests stated in the rental agreement. ● Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. ● Guests must not flush feminine products, toilet paper, diapers or any other items that can clog the toilets. ● Guests must abide by all local laws and regulations. ● Guests must respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. ● Guests must leave the house in the same condition as it was upon check-in. ● Guests use the pool at their own risk.
