Our cottage is located in the historic Grandview Heights neighborhood which is the closest neighborhood to Downtown West Palm Beach. Our location within Grandview Heights is bordered by the downtown area making accessibility to all that downtown has to offer quick and easy. Convention Center-2 minute walk Cityplace-5 minute walk Kravis Center-7 minute walk Palm Beach Atlantic University-8 minute walk Norton Museum of Art-10 minute walk Palm Beach Island-20 minute walk PBIA-10 minute drive The 500 sq ft cottage was built in 2018 and has a private bedroom, kitchenette, full bathroom with shower, and outdoor porch area. The kitchen has a mini fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker (No stove/oven). There are 2 mini split AC units (1 in bedroom and one in living area/kitchenette area)The unit has impact doors and windows throughout. **2025 Updates** To accommodate more Work From Home Travelers- we have upgraded the cottage with 1) A separate stronger wi-fi network (Previously- cottage shared wi-fi with our home) 2) Cottage now has a standing work desk (not pictured) Guests are limited to cottage and cottage patio. We have lived in the neighborhood for over 10 years and are usually around to answer any questions you may have! Our home is located in the historic Grandview Heights neighborhood. The neighborhood is full of homes built as early as the 1910s. Grandview Heights first residents were ministers, downtown shopkeepers, and the craftsmen who built the luxury hotels of Palm Beach. I encourage anyone who visits to spend some time walking the neighborhood. No two homes are the same and the streets are filled with American Craftsmen Bungalows, Spanish Colonials, Mission Revival Foursquare, and Art Deco homes. Uber and Lyft are active in the area. The Brightline high speed train is within walking distance and runs trains daily to downtown Ft Lauderdale and downtown Miami. There is also city bike rental stations throughout the city. The cottage is on the second floor above the garage and requires entry via a staircase.
