NOTE: Two units on the property which share a walkway
Relax in the inviting family room with a queen-sized sofa bed, modern office desk, and tropical plants. The living and living area boasts a leather couch (also a sleeper sofa), recliner, 65" HDTV with extensive streaming options, and a stylish dining setup. Our fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, white quartz countertops, an espresso machine, Keurig, gas range, and spacious cabinets. Step outside to a beautifully landscaped yard, complete with a hot tub, patio furniture and free-use bicycles. Enjoy the private hot tub for year-round relaxation.
As a delightful bonus, two friendly kitties have made the backyard their home and love to greet guests. With its prime location and luxurious amenities, our West Palm Beach home is the perfect choice for an unforgettable family vacation.
Guest will have full access to the entire main home.
Guests have use of the washer and dryer which sits just outside the back door of the main house. Guests have access to the backyard in where they can enjoy the sunshine, use the hot tub, grill, bikes.
Note: there is one other unit on the property that is located in the back of the property and is separated by a privacy fence (no gate)
I am available night and day by phone call or text. Guests are welcome to call my cell phone number for any questions or requests.
Two sweet cats have made a home in the backyard, they're extremely friendly and sweet. We are looking for a furever home for her:)
NOTE: ALL outdoor amenities are shared by the other unit on the property.
Other Things to Note:
1. Check-in 4:00 PM
2. Checkout before 11:00 AM
3. 8 guests maximum
4. Quiet hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
5. No parties or events
6. Commercial NOT photography allowed
7. No smoking (The location has a stringent no-smoking policy meaning that smoking is not allowed anywhere indoors)
8. The hot tub will be balanced prior to your arrival. Please be showered before entering. RINSE SAND OFF PRIOR TO ENTERING.
9. The neighborhood is surrounded by peaceful views, where you may go for leisurely strolls or participate in activities that take place outside. Enjoy the natural beauty that is close to your temporary residence.
Hot tub care + rules
We keep it clean and ready for your arrival. Please rinse off before entering. If the hot tub must be drained/sanitized due to excessive dirtiness, an additional cleaning fee may apply. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
