Private studio with own entrance and driveway at left hand side of property in front of the parking garage, very cozy one room studio with kitchenette,microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster, tea kettle , queen bed with two night tables with usb chargers, Samsung tv 55” with Netflix and basic cable, Wi-Fi, dining table with two chairs,A/C ,bathroom, a glass doors closet,private and spacious patio with a table and two chairs .
Guests can park at left hand side of the house in the driveway in front of the garage, there is a short sidewalk and a private entrance to the studio.
Before and during your stay we keep in touch and I’ll be always able to offer help to all guests .
Very peaceful neighbor, central, 5 minutes from the airport, 1 minute from Florida’s turnpike and Okechobee blvd where you can fine many different restaurants and shopping centers, we are 10 min driving to downtown.
Turnpike exit 98 or 99 both one minute from home , park at left corner in front of the garage.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
