Welcome to my cozy and NEW studio perfectly located in sunny West Palm Beach, FL. High-end modern finishes. Perfectly located, less than 10 minutes from the beach, and 2 minutes from I-95. Design space with everything you need for an amazing stay. Central AC, Parking, TV, FREE WiFi. Please note that this studio is attached to the main house (AC thermostat is there), so you can’t adjust temperature. However, main house guests are instructed to have AC set between 70 and 74F at all times. VERY IMPORTANT: $1,000 party/loud noise fine if you are found guilty of this. The property manager lives next door, any disturbance will result in IMMEDIATE eviction WITHOUT refund and you will be charged a $1,000 party fee on top of it. 1 Queen size bed. Sleeping capacity: 2 1 full bathroom. Mini fridge and coffee maker. Workstation area with a desk and 50’ Roku TV. Free WiFi. Important to note: The front of the house is a separate unit. No worries, there is a double keyed door on both side, making it impossible for anyone to open. This space might be available if you want it too, feel free to ask us! Guests will have access with an access code. Door is in the BACK of the building My team is just a message away if you need help with anything. NO PARTY of any kind. Guest attempting to be loud and disrupt peace of the neighborhood will be immediately evicted without any refund. NO SMOKING anywhere on the property. $500 fine will apply if any odor or evidence found. Our maintenance team can access the unit with 24 hour notice to guests, or immediately if it is an emergency.
