These guest suites are two efficiency apartments that are connected like a hotel suite--perfect for two groups traveling together. Both sides have their own queen bed, kitchenette and private bathroom, as well as a dining and desk/office area. Extra guests (more than 4) permitted on a case-by-case basis (contact host). Both private suites and the side yard near entrances are available for guest use. The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Cypress Estates neighborhood, which is considered to be among the nicest neighborhoods in West Palm Beach. The neighbors keep their gardens and lawns beautifully landscaped and the area is outdoorsy fresh with beautiful, lush greenery all around. It has a semi-rural feel to it, though it is close to everything you'll need from the city. Centrally located to the major attractions WPB. has to offer. You’ll be 5 min from WPB Airport, 6 min from Turnpike and less than 10 min from I-95, 15 min from the beach, 10 min from WPB Zoo, 15 min from Water Park, 15 min from WPB Downtown where you can enjoy restaurants, shopping and the amazing nightlife on and near Clematis. Car Park in driveway when available, otherwise park on street for free. Rideshares Uber/Lift to or from WPB airport are between $10-15 and from the home to downtown they are about $20 per ride (as of 6/24/23) so confirm rates; ride would be about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic at airport or roadways. Public Transportation Get to the Airbnb from WPB airport by boarding Palm Tran 44 bus, then exit bus at Military Trail at Durham St. (as driver). Then board the Palm Tran 3 bus and exit at Military Trail building address 4524. You will walk 37 minutes the rest of the way (total trip is about 1 hour, 15 minutes).
