Event fees: $500 up to 30 guests with a maximum of 20 cars. $30 per additional guest up to 150 with a maximum of 40 cars. $150 trash fee applies if garbage exceeds 7 provided cans. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION $25 per person per night after the 16th guest. Innkeeper Agreement required before check-in. Rental Agreement All guests must sign an Innkeeper Agreement prior to check-in. Quiet Hours & Music Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Outside music must end at 10:00 PM and should never be heard past the front gate. Unauthorized parties or excessive noise may result in removal without refund. Pool Safety Doors leading to the pool are equipped with sound-activated alarms. Please notify us prior to arrival if you would like them activated. Pool heating is available at $45 per day with at least one day’s notice. Pets Up to two pets allowed with prior notice. $150 non-refundable fee per pet. Guests are responsible for cleanup. Parking Maximum of 10 vehicles unless authorized. RV parking available with prior notice; utility hookup fees apply.
