Second story studio apartment offering tons of privacy and a very open spacious feel. Unit is on backside of Main Bldg. Beautifully landscaped property with tropical garden views every where you look!
Studio has a private entrance and there is dedicated parking adjacent to the unit. Coin laundry is available downstairs from the apartment. Owner tries to meet each guest at check in, but we have a lockbox as well.
Owner lives nearby and is available by text or phone call, as well as Property Manager.
Not ideal for pets but they are allowed with Non Refundable Pet Fee equal to one night's rent.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
