Right next door is the first bedroom that includes a full size bed perfect for a single guest or for 2 with a memory foam mattress that ensures you'll get a good night's rest. The bedroom also features a walk in custom closet perfect for storing your clothing and belongings. The home also has a full sized custom kitchen. The cabinetry is finished in a moody dark green with brass hardware. Here you’ll find everything you’ll need to feel right at home! Just behind the kitchen is a large laundry room with washer/dryer and a second closet for clothing storage. We’ve also included luggage storage, full sized hamper basket for laundry and a clothing rack to make your clothes steaming sessions a breeze! The bathroom features a custom vanity, oversized mirror and full size shower. Enjoy a large rain shower head while getting ready in a fresh and clean space! There is also a fully stocked linen closet just outside the bathroom. Here you’ll find pool towels, extra linens for bedding + bath, umbrellas, extra toiletries, and first aid kit. The primary bedroom includes a queen sized canopy bed and is topped with layers of cozy linens and Casper Pillows for the best sleep away from home! You also have 2 nightstands and an 8 drawer dresser for even more storage during your stay. Enjoy a cozy night in and watch Hulu, HBO Max, Netflix movies and more from your bed! To top it off you have a private backyard for sitting and reading or a backyard workout session! When you’re done with your workout you can hop on over to the pool to cool off. Raven Haus is the guest house on the property our Main home is located on. It is entirely fenced and separate from the main home. The guest house also includes 2 parking spaces on its side of the driveway. During your stay the pool area is reserved entirely for your stay. We do not use the pool/enter the pool area while Raven Haus is occupied with guests. We have 2 other multi-unit properties in the same neighborhood should your travels ever bring you back to our area please reach out! We'd love to host you at any of our properties. We live in the main house and are often times on site if ever you should need assistance with anything. We can be reached at any time and will always make sure to provide you with the help you may need. Historic Grandview Heights is in the middle of it all! Raven Haus is nestled amongst hundreds of historic homes each one different from the next! The property is steps away from the local park where you can enjoy day time/evening strolls or exercising. On our same street you’ll find beautiful home decor shops and a newly opened bakery where you can walk to and grab a bite! The home is located within a mile of downtown West Palm Beach and all that it has to offer! One important thing to note: because we are in a historic neighborhood there are always renovation/remodel projects that are ongoing. The work day does not begin until after 8am and typically concludes between 3-5pm. No work on the weekends. Should there be any disturbances you can let us know and we would be happy to assist. We comply with and exceed all COVID-19 Airbnb sanitizing regulations and take extra measures to sanitize ALL bedding (including pillows) between each guest.
