The brick patio backyard and lounge chairs are accessible by guests as is the bbq grill.

Parking is available on New Jersey Street. Getting around is available with bicycle rentals, Uber/Lyft, and walking.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
