Casa del Sol is one of our timeless, character-filled cottages. Recently renovated, it has all-new furnishings and a new, 30 ft private pool, plus a spacious pool terrace for lounging and dining. This comfortably furnished and equipped 2 bedroom /1 bathroom bungalow is historically landmarked and comfortably sleeps 5 guests, including on a sofa bed in the Front Room / Florida Room.

The house sits on one of the quietest streets in the Grandview Heights Historic District, a 10-minute walk from the West Palm Beach Arts & Entertainment District, with restaurants, shops, bars, street cafes, boutiques, museums, theaters and more.

Amenities include central air and heat; a fully equipped kitchen w/ coffee maker, microwave, blender, cookware, etc; cable television; high speed internet access; bed linens/bath towels; washer/dryer; hair dryer; iron/board; cell phone w/ unlimited local calls on request; private fenced backyard; outdoor grill; outdoor seating; and beach towels.

Good to Know Before You Book:

Pet Policy: This home allows one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). After booking, you’ll be asked to confirm your pet’s details and pay the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Only one pet is allowed per stay. You may ask any questions about the pet policy ahead of time.

Security Hold or Damage Waiver: An additional refundable security deposit of $500 is required. It will be held on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and the standard inspection. As an alternative, guests may choose to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $50.

Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and stay for the entire reservation.

House Rules: Please treat this home as your own: parties, events, and receptions are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted at this property.

Same-Day Bookings: Same day reservations for this property are available on request only.

Pool Heat: Pool heating is available during the winter months for an additional $20 per day. After booking, you’ll have the opportunity to confirm if you'd like this added to your reservation and submit payment.
