Your family will be close to everything! PBI Airport, Kravis Center, Convention Center, Rosemary Square, Clematis St, the Beach and the WPB Zoo. Relax in our new, clean updated Airbnb in lovely historic Pineapple Park. This is a family-oriented unit but we welcome everyone! ★ 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. ★ The 2 bedrooms sleeps 4 people: 1 queen bed in one bedroom, 2 twin beds in another. We also have a full-sized pullout couch to sleep 2 more. ★ Full kitchen. Dining space, dishes & linens for 6 adults. Plates, bowls & cups for children as well. ★ BEACH ESSENTIALS. We have beach towels, beach umbrella, and beach chairs available for free. Please CONTACT us to request them for your trips to the beach, and we will deliver them to your unit. ★ Families and young children and infants are welcome. Infant/toddler high chair and pack & play travel crib are available for free. Please CONTACT us if you wish to use these so we can deliver to your unit. ★ Large open private yard is PRIVATELY shared with other guests from the upstairs unit and resident home behind the property. It is rarely used but you are more than welcome to make use of it. You will have full access to your unit. It is part of a duplex. It is the downstairs unit. The master bedroom has an emergency exit back door that also has a smart lock with security camera. Aside from an emergency exit it won't currently be of any use to you. The second unit that is upstairs is also a vacation rental. The resident home behind your unit shares the yard. However, rarely does anyone make use of the yard. I live close, I'm quick to respond and accommodate. Lovely, historic Pineapple Park. We have lushly shaded, green Howard Park nearby for activities. Most of the amenities, services and restaurants are along Belvedere Rd or up & down Dixie Highway. However, nearby Downtown has even more to offer and there is a ton to see & do in the surrounding area. Closest public beach -- Mid-Town Municipal Beach 3.7 miles away, a 12-minute drive. It's popular, filled with people, clean, clear, beautiful, and it makes a fun drive along Ocean Blvd to see all the ultra-rich mega mansions. Including Mar-a-Lago (3 miles away, 10 minute drive, accessible & legal for the public to drive past). Events & Entertainment Venues -- Kravis Center, 1.5 miles away, 6-minute drive. Convention Center, 1.2 miles away, 6-minute drive. Shopping, Dining & Nightlife -- Rosemary Square, 1.4 miles away, 6-minute drive. Clematis Street, 2.1 miles away, 7-minute drive. Palm Beach Zoo -- 2.5 miles away, 8-minute drive. PBI Airport -- 2.6 miles away, 11-minute drive. ★ Pets are welcome. Please let us know. You will be liable if there is any damage to the property. ★ The front door has a smart lock which has a security camera that can record audio and video when people come and go. ★ The master bedroom has an emergency exit back door that also has a smart lock with security camera. Aside from an emergency exit it won't currently be of any use to you. ★ If towels are missing, the guest will be charged an additional $8.00 per missing towel.
