The king bedroom has a 45 inch tv, large windows full of natural light but also black out shades for a night's rest. Gel infused memory foam mattress will have you choosing the bed over the beach! Walk in closet, iron and ironing board are provided for use. As you walk into the property, you'll be greeted by a hallway that hosts a queen bedroom on your right, and bathroom on the left. All showers are equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The queen bedroom is equipped with a walk-in closet, and a 45in smart TV. The bathroom hosts a bath tub and an LED lit mirror. The kitchen is fully stocked for longterm stays, with dishes, cups, mugs and wineglasses. Cutlery, pots, pans, utensils and appliances are available at your disposal. A pour over coffee pot and tea pot are provided, along with tea and ground coffee for use. A wine cooler is underneath the dining island. Seating for many in the living room, with light flooding through panoramic windows during the day, and ambient lighting throughout the apartment for night time. Any vehicle parked on the property that is not documented and approved may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or incidents involving vehicles or personal items left inside vehicles. Parking is used at the guest’s own risk.
