The Garden Studio is a cozy ground-floor space at The Twenty Eight Palms, a 1920s Old Florida estate surrounded by a tropical garden. Located four blocks from Northwood Village and minutes from Palm Beach Island, it works beautifully for couples, solo travelers, or small families. Outdoor amenities may be shared if other units are booked. – king bed + sleeper sofa – bathroom w/ tub + shower – outdoor seating – shared pool, sauna, fire pit – beach gear + BBQ grill – pet-friendly The Studio is located in the rear house at The Twenty Eight Palms, with the Hibiscus Cottage above. It opens onto the tropical garden, which is really the heart of the property — a lush, quiet outdoor space with shaded corners, mature palms, a heated saltwater plunge pool, barrel sauna, fire pit, hammock, outdoor seating, and places to gather or retreat. The garden and outdoor amenities may be shared with guests from the Main House and Hibiscus Cottage, if those units happen to be booked during your stay. Palm Beach Island, downtown West Palm, Nora, PBI, and the waterfront are only a short drive away. Please note: The Studio does not include a full kitchen, but it is well set up for coffee, breakfast, snacks, and simple meals, with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and small grill. For anything beyond that, Northwood Village offers a wide variety of restaurants and cafés within easy walking distance — just four short blocks away. House Guidelines Please note: this is not a party house. – The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and part of the stay – Only registered and approved guests are permitted on the property – No DJs, amplified music, fireworks, or professional sound equipment – Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM – No smoking, vaping, or drug use anywhere on the property – No weapons – Well-behaved, fully house-trained dogs may be considered for an additional pet fee. Breed and size must be confirmed before booking. – The property is not child-proof. While we very much love kids, we have not set up the property to protect them from harm. Parents who bring small children will be required to watch them at all times, especially around the pool area. Please let us know prior to arrival if you will need access to a pack 'n play. The neighborhood is so incredible, you’ll never want to leave. You're just a few blocks away from the Intercoastal Waterway. Several blocks to the east is the renowned Rybovich Marina, with trendy restaurant Lamarina inside (book far in advance to reserve a table). You're also just minutes from downtown Northwood and brand-new development Nora, a must-visit for all guests. Other parks are nearby that are kid-friendly and dog-friendly as well. Our property is also located very close to the incredible Peanut Island, which is just a ten minute drive. We are just 8 minutes away from Palm Beach Island, Worth Ave, Downtown West Palm Beach, Clematis, Rosemary Square, and more. There are several shops and restaurants within a 15 minute walk, but to venture farther you'll need a car. Ride sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are available in abundance. You're also just two blocks north of where you can access Circuit, golf-cart like transportation to downtown and Palm Beach island for just a few dollars a person. Download the app and request your ride, it's a breeze! You can also take the Brightline rail from the downtown West Palm Beach station to Ft. Lauderdale, Miami and Orlando.
