Quiet studio apartment located in a quiet neighborhood, just outside of downtown West Palm Beach, CityPlace, convention center, and nearby Palm Beach Island. Fully functional tiny kitchen includes a small fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, and sink. A small table with 2 chairs is positioned by the window. It's just large enough for 2 small people, or maybe a laptop. Wall-mounted Smart TV will allow you to log into your streaming service. No laundry and thebackyard needs attention. This tiny studio apartment is pretty comfortable on the inside, but the backyard is kinda ugly and needs some attention. The inside has all the basic necessities in a miniature form, as you can see in the photos, but does not have access to laundry. There is one kinda run down laundry mat within a few hundred feet, and a nicer average one within a couple hundred yards that has drop-off service (wash and fold) available. Outside the studio includes a small seating area with a table and chairs and bbq grill.
