The lawn service technician may need access to the entire property, including the front, back, sides, and driveway, to maintain the grass, plants, and trees, and to clean the area. He usually takes about 2 hours time in the mornings around 7am once every 2 weeks. Please note that the back area, backyard, and back entrance belong to another unit and are not included in your reservation. To book the rear area, please check for availability. As a guest, you have access to one space in the driveway or can park anywhere on the street in front.
