This gorgeous home on a beautiful tree lined street of Old Northwood Historic District has all the old charm and also the modern conveniences like an updated kitchen and smart home. The property consists of a main 2-storied house and a guest house, a gated garden for privacy with a covered patio seating perfect for an outdoor get-together day or night. The professionally designed living room, dining room, sun room, and patio provide the perfect space for relaxing, family gatherings, and entertainment. Offering a wide range of amenities for you to enjoy your stay, you are provided with linens and towels, a well-equipped kitchen, coffee and tea, dining and crystal glassware sets perfect for entertaining, toiletries, hair dryer, iron, washer and dryer, a Sonos sound system, TV with Netflix/Amazon Prime, wifi etc. The house has three king size (memory foam) beds, two full size (memory foam) beds and a twin bed. There are three bedrooms upstairs (1 king bed + 1 king bed + 2 full beds), a twin bed downstairs in a private Florida room (with TV, sofa, doors, curtains) and a king bed in the guest house in the garden (with TV, sofa and digital access code). The two bathrooms are in the main house, one downstairs and one upstairs. Guests will use a key-less entry for seamless self check-in, reentry during the stay, and departure. Within 3 blocks from the house, you can take a complimentary trolley to downtown, CityPlace, Palm Beach outlets, and TriRail train station (operates Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.) Under Florida law, the city of West Palm Beach obliges landlords with a rental permit to charge all airbnb guests 13% occupancy tax.
