Gorgeous two-story Mediterranean pool house recently remodeled and furnished with high-end furnitures. You will without a doubt enjoy how tastefully decorated the house is! Located in a very quiet neighborhood steps from the waterfront, you can walk to tens of restaurants and bars on Clematis Street and the Palm Beach Royal Ponciana Plaza. All attractions and the world-famous Palm Beach Island are a short drive away. Welcome to the Palm Beaches ! You will enter the house through the gated frontyard, there you will be greeted by a beautiful Tuscan fountain, tropical plants and trees and an outdoor lounging area. On the first floor, you will find a large open space with a large dining table, two 10 ft couches, a bathroom and a fully furnished kitchen. The small bedroom has a full size bed, a desk and printer for those who need to work during their stay. Upstairs, you will find two spacious bedrooms with closets and two bathrooms. We have two TV's at the house with full cable package (140+ channels) and Internet service. Providencia Park is a very beaufiful and quiet neighborhood, made of million dollar properties, located right between Downtown and Northwood, steps from the waterfront and the Palm Beach yacht club. I like how walkable the area is: Walk across the bridge to the Palm Beach island and the Royal Ponciana Plaza, Clematis Street with all its restaurants and bars… take a morning jog along the beautiful intracoastal waterway…. The Good Samaritan hospital is only couple of blocks away. Palm Beach Worth Avenue, the beach and the Breakers hotel are a short 5 minutes drive away. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is only 10 minutes away. As for our trainstations, both BrightLine and TriRail stations are within 5 minutes from the house. For those of our guests who don't feel like driving, Uber and Lyft are affordable and convenient ways to get around town! There are two houses on property. The pool (unheated) is the only amenity that could be shared if the other house is rented during your stay.
