Two beautiful Spanish historic houses with pool, located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, steps from the Waterfront, the Yacht Club and walking distance to Palm Beach and Clematis Street! Surrounded by tropical trees and plants, the property is charming and serene. You will find several outdoor areas to rest or share food and drinks with your family and friends; The covered porch overlooking the pool is perfect for BBQ and relax under the shade. Welcome to the Palm Beaches! The main house sleeps up to 7 guests (3 bedrooms > 2 queen, 1 full and 2 couches): Downstairs, you will find a spacious dining area, open living room, one small bedroom with a desk and printer, a bathroom and a fully furnished kitchen and laundry room on the first floor. Upstairs, two bedrooms (including one master) each with their own bathroom and closet space. The guest house, comfortably sleeps 5 (up to 7) (2 bedrooms > 2 queen, 1 pull out couch, 1 inflatable mattress): Upstairs you will find a spacious living area and an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and Corian countertops; one master bedroom with its own bathroom. Downstairs, you will find another bedroom with canopy queen size bed and a separate bathroom and laundry room. Each house is equipped with two TV's for a total of 4 TV's with full cable (140+ channels) and Internet. The house comes with two private parking spaces; street parking is free and fairly easy. Providencia Park is a very beaufiful and quiet neighborhood, made of million dollar properties, located right between Downtown and Northwood, steps from the waterfront and the Palm Beach yacht club. I like how walkable the area is: Walk across the bridge to the Palm Beach island and the Royal Ponciana Plaza, Clematis Street with all its restaurants and bars… take a morning jog along the beautiful intracoastal waterway…. The Good Samaritan hospital is only couple of blocks away. Palm Beach Worth Avenue, the beach and the Breakers hotel are a short 5 minutes drive away. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is only 10 minutes away. As for our trainstations, both BrightLine and TriRail stations are within 5 minutes from the house. For those of our guests who don't feel like driving, Uber and Lyft are affordable and convenient ways to get around town! Please note that our neighborhood is very quiet. As a result, we have a very clear "no-party" policy in our house rules. Any guest who doesn't respect our house rules will have their reservation cancelled immediately with no refund.
