Please make sure to have everyone Remove their Shoes before entering the house as the carpeting in the bedrooms is a very light colored carpet and we are trying to maintain them as clean as possible with that, we ask that there be no eating or drinking in the bedrooms. There's no smoking in the home and please make sure to keep all doors closed in order to prevent insects from coming into our home. Failure to comply with these rules can lead to a forfeiture of your rental deposit!
