While our impact windows dampen the noise significantly and most guests find this minor, it's worth noting if you're especially sensitive to sound. Lastly, West Palm Beach is actually designated a train horn quiet zone, so Brightline and freight trains don’t routinely sound their horns, only doing so in emergencies or if there's a safety concern.

Guest Access:
Enjoy full access to the Social Court and hot tubs, along with a shared laundry room stocked with essentials.

This home welcomes one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). After your booking, you'll be asked to confirm your furry friend’s details and submit the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 instead.

Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.
