Less than 1 block to waterfront, 3 blocks to park with tennis and boat ramps. 5 minutes for shoppes and restaurants, 5 min east across bridge into Palm Beach or 5 min south to City Place and Downtown West Palm Beach.
House is in first class condition and was renovated for myself not for rental. Fresh, clean and functional in all respects.
In this house, you will find the highest level of maintenance, cleanliness and attention to detail. For example, all linens are very high thread count, hand laundered and pressed cotton with 2 top sheets on every bed. More frequent service can be provided at guests' request for an additional charge.
While most guests seem to prefer to live their own lives we are available to solve problems if they arise and can access additional services whether they might be cleaning, laundry, a chef or massage. Our goal is for our guests to feel welcome and have a truly enjoyable stay in a very comfortable home and to want to come back again.
Access to entire property and grounds.
I will greet the guests when they arrive and will be available to answer questions during their stay, but want them to enjoy their privacy and do not plan on disturbing them unless they need my help.
This is a charming waterfront residential neighborhood from the 1920s, very enjoyable to walk around, quiet, and very accessible to the island of Palm Beach and downtown West Palm Beach and all they have to offer.
You need a car.
The house is in first class condition. We provide basic toiletries and kitchen essentials. Also we provide a BBQ and BBQ gas for our guests by signing the liability waiver upon arrival.
