- First-floor den/bedroom: Features a bunk bed with two twin size beds to accommodate 2 guests. PLEASE NOTE - Dresser for clothing storage as there is no closet in the room.
- Second-floor guest bedroom: Features a queen size bed to accommodate 2 guests.
- Second-floor master bedroom: Features a king size bed to accommodate 2 guests, ensuite bathroom with double vanities, and a walk-in shower.

Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Hand Soap + Body Lotion are provided in each bathroom.
- Main level shared bathroom off the kitchen/dining area with a shower.

Outdoor Paradise
- Salt water pool and spa – $75 DAILY POOL + HOT TUB HEATING FEE AND MUST BE FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY AND PAID IN ADVANCE. (86 + 101 degrees - hot tub heating is for evening only from 7 to 10pm - due to the saltwater system it can’t be heated all the time.)
