It's an ideal spot for those who appreciate tranquility while still being incredibly close to all the action West Palm Beach has to offer Neighborhood Vibe: West Palm Beach (and Florida in general) is known for its diversity — you may notice the character of the neighborhood can shift from street to street. This is a vibrant and mixed community, and while some areas might feel unfamiliar or “different,” it’s all part of the city’s unique charm. 📌Self-check-in from 4 PM | Check-out at 11 AM Quiet hours: 10 PM–10 AM — please be respectful of neighbors Approved pets only — no pets on furniture, unattended, or unapproved Pet Policy: Max 2 dogs (≤45 lbs), $75–$300 fee per pet (varies by stay) Only approved pets are permitted, and we kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture and aren’t left unattended or unapproved No smoking inside the home No parties or unauthorized guests Exterior security cameras are located at the front entrance and in the patio/pool area for the safety and security of our guests and property. No interior cameras are present. Pool Heating Fee - A $25/day fee applies if you would like the pool heater turned on. Please let us know the night before your check-in so we can arrange for our team to have it ready prior to your arrival. Please report any damages promptly Enhance your stay with personalized add-ons: 🎉 Special Occasion Packages Birthday or Anniversary Setup: $75–$150 Romantic Decor + Champagne: $100–$200 Welcome Basket w/ Snacks & Note: $50–$100 🧺 Comfort & Convenience Mid-Stay Cleaning: $60–$100 Laundry Service: $30–$50/load Grocery Pre-Stocking: $40–$80 + groceries 🌊 Pool & Pool Heating Policy • The pool is included as a standard amenity. • Pool heating is NOT included in the reservation and is considered an optional add-on service. • Pool heating fee: $25 per day. • Advance notice is required (at least the night before check-in). • The heater typically takes 24–30 hours to warm the pool. ⚠ Please note: – During colder weather (around 70°F or below), the heater may not reach high temperatures. Water temperature depends on outdoor conditions. – Because pool heating is an optional paid add-on and not a standard amenity, availability and performance may vary based on weather conditions. Lost & Found Policy: Please double-check the property before checkout to ensure you have all of your belongings. While we are not responsible for items left behind, we will do our best to assist with locating and returning found items when possible. Guests are responsible for arranging and covering all shipping or pickup costs. Priority assistance is given to essential items such as passports, IDs, wallets, keys, medications, phones, laptops, and other valuable electronics. Found items may be held for up to 14 days, subject to storage availability. Unclaimed items may be donated or discarded after this period.
