A spacious island provides seating for four, perfect for casual meals or gathering. 🍽️DINING ROOM Experience the elegance of a dining room area that comfortably seats up to 7 guests, complemented by a spacious island that accommodates an additional 4 people. 🚗 PARKING The carport fits 2 cars and the driveway has space for up to 6 vehicles. 🌴 TROPICAL FRUIT TREES The backyard features mature coconut, avocado, mango, and banana trees, adding to the property’s peaceful tropical atmosphere. When fruit is ripe and ready to enjoy, guests are welcome to pick some during their stay. Please only take fruit that is fully mature and easy to reach, and do not climb the trees. Guests have 100% access to the entire property. Keypad codes will be sent to the guest before check-in. Quiet hours 10PM-8AM Nestled in the heart of Palm Beach County, Lake Clarke Shores is a charming and serene community that offers a unique blend of small-town charm and suburban convenience. Known for its picturesque lakes, lush greenery, and quiet streets, this hidden gem is perfect for those seeking a tranquil lifestyle without sacrificing proximity to urban amenities. Situated just minutes from downtown West Palm Beach, Lake Clarke Shores offers easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Major highways like I-95 and the Florida Turnpike are nearby, making it convenient for commuters. Palm Beach International Airport is also just a short drive away. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Based on availability, you can check in as early as 1:00 pm for a $75 fee and check out as late as 1:00 pm for the same amount. PETS: We’re happy to host your lovely pet. We can accept up to one pet weighing up to 50 lbs., for a $250 fee and a $200 security deposit. Pets must be house-trained and are not allowed on furnishings and beds (a $100 fee will be applied if a lot of pet hair is found on furnishings). Please share your pet’s breed and weight information prior to booking so we can provide written approval. Please note: Any sign of pet damage will result in an appropriate fee for the damage at hand. A $200 fee will be applied for unattended pet waste. NO SHOES POLICY: We greatly appreciate you taking off your shoes while in the house so we can preserve the rugs and floors. POOL SERVICE: The pool is serviced on a weekly basis. This may occur during your stay. This means someone will be in the backyard for approximately 30 minutes while they clean it. NOTE: If pool heating is required, please request it 24 hours in advance. Extra cost $30/day. LAWN & LANDSCAPING: The lawn and landscaping is maintained bi-weekly. While I do my best to have this serviced between guests, it is not always an option. SECURITY: To help secure the home for you and your guests, we have 3 Active cameras for the front and back yard. NO SMOKING is permitted. Cigarette butts may not be discarded on the premises. There will be a $150 fee for smoking on the premises. PARKING: The driveway has space for 6 vehicles. Please do not park on neighbor’s lawn. THE FIRST HOUSE RULE: You will not hold parties of any kind on the property. No extra guests without approval. Please register the EXACT number of guests for your stay. There will be an extra guest fee of $50 per night for unaccounted guests. No outdoor loud music from 10PM to 8 AM. For partying and disrupting the neighbors there will be a $1,000 Fine. Florida Tropical Climate: Our home is professionally cleaned and regularly serviced by a licensed pest control company. Because South Florida has a warm, tropical climate, you may occasionally see a palmetto bug, gecko, or other insect that has entered from outdoors, particularly after heavy rain or when doors are left open. This is common throughout the region—even in luxury homes and hotels—and does not indicate a cleanliness issue or infestation. If you notice anything during your stay, please let us know immediately so we can address it.
