Guest access
Please note - all door codes, information, instructional videos for amenities, and Wifi info will be sent via message. Check your message inbox in the booking site message forum. Guests have access to the entire home and backyard except for any locked doors marked "Company Staff only".

Other things to note
We offer additional services such as pool heating (if applicable) that can be purchased from our store, early check-ins, public parking passes, and much more through our online tourist portal (Extra charges apply).

*Please note that we have weekly pool maintenance, landscaping, and general maintenance workers who may need access to home/pool area. We reserve the right to enter to make such repairs. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services.

Trash Removal
Recycle and Trash - every Monday AM/ trash only - every Thursday am
Location - Trash bins are located behind the back fence. Please place all trash bags in the waste bins the night before.
-for Mon pickup - place bags in bins Sunday night
- for Thursday pickup - place bags in bin on Wednesday night

Pool Cleaning
Every week the pool is serviced. If pool had accumulated debris (after storm etc,) please contact Shahar or Kat to arrange an in between service.
Pool Company accesses pool through side gate.
