Nestled within a neighborhood of historic homes built in the 20s and 40’s, The Palm Beach Cottage is only 4 houses from the Intracoastal waterway which is a very pretty walk, jog or short bike to the beaches on Palm Beach Island. We have 2 bikes at the house for guest use and have a local rental company that drops off bike rentals when you need more.
The community is a quite residential neighborhood filled with families and ownership pride. Everyone is very friendly!
Downtown West Palm Beach offers a nice mix of Restaurants, bars and shopping. On Saturdays be sure to walk or bike down to the waterfront downtown for the Farmers Market from 8am-2pm- it's a must!
Shop and dining options are also available at Rosemary Square just West of Downtown where there is also a Movie theatre and sometimes live music.
Hop on the tri-rail downtown to pop into Ft Lauderdale or Miami during the day. It's a fun, safe way to get about and you won't have to deal with parking or traffic! Opt for the newer Brightline train which is a slightly more fancy ride.
Northwood Village is a fun eclectic mix of artistry inside galleries and splashed on the walls of downtown shops and buildings, painted by local artists. Pick up a funky piece of art or grab a bite in one of the unique cafes in the Village.
