CHECK OUT: 10 am. CHECK IN: 4 pm.
EVENTS: Please note that this home was set up to accommodate families, and we do NOT allow parties under any circumstances. Thanks for understanding and allowing us to serve you by maintaining its pristine condition.
LOCK: The home is fitted with a smart door lock, with a new code generated for each guest; shared prior to check in.
PARKING: Free parking for vehicles is available in the property's large driveway- up to 3 cars.
PETS: This is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is well trained and housebroken. A pet bowl, mat and waste bags are provided. Up to 2 dogs allowed, with a $100 pet fee per dog included in rate. Please clean up after your pet!

-Guests agree to upload their ID upon booking for verification purposes.
-Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 pm- 8 am. Please be respectful to our neighbors :)
-Smoking is NOT allowed in the home. Any smoking detected will result in a $250 fee.
-No illegal drugs are to be used or brought into the property
-A $49 damage waiver fee is included in your rate and is non refundable.
-No parties or events allowed. Any daytime guests must be approved by the host.
-Check out time: 10:00 am. Please note that cleaners will be arriving after check out, and that late check out must be requested prior and will only be granted if available for a $50 fee.
There is a $100 per hour charge for all late check-outs not previously authorized by the host.
-Landscaping is tended to every Monday morning to maintain yard, and pool is serviced every Tuesday morning to ensure cleanliness. Please note, this means our tech may be on site briefly during your stay.
-Only dogs allowed. By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. Please clean up after your pet. $100 pet fee per dog is baked into your nightly rate if you choose to bring your pet(s).
*2 pets Max under 20 pounds.
*No dogs left home alone unless crated.
*Guests are responsible for picking up pet waste
*Guests will be responsible for any damage from pet. This is not covered by pet fee.
-Trash days are Wed and Sat, with recycle on Sat.
Please bring trash to curb on appropriate days.
- Floodlight Ring cameras and noise monitoring systems are present throughout exterior for safety and compliance purposes. (Any fees associated with tampering with this equipment will be charged to the guest.)

*No Jumping, Running, or Diving.
*Do not bring any glass in or near the pool
*Pregnant or Elderly individuals should consult a doctor before use.
*Children must be supervised at all times
-Pool Vacuum:
The pool vacuum is crucial for keeping the pool sparkling clean, so please do not remove under any circumstances. Removing it can cause air to get into the pump which leads to damage. Any damage to the vacuum will incur a $750 fee. Thank you for understanding and allowing us to maintain a beautiful pool!
-Guests understand that no special efforts have been made to "childproof" this house and accept the risk of harm to any children/infants we allow on the property. Safety locks are added to the sliding doors for parents who want to prevent toddler from exiting to pool area. Life ring on site to be used for emergencies only.
-We take no responsibility for weather related instances or natural occurrences. Florida is a tropical place which brings risk of winds, rain, animals, or bugs.
-Cancellation: We are unable to provide compensation to guests if they need to cancel outside the timeframe of our cancellation policy. We strongly encourage purchasing either Airbnb's travel insurance, or by using:
