The exterior courtyard area in the back is shared with all guests on the property. There are multiple seating areas as well as a ping pong table and corn hole!
*There is double-sided, adjoining door between the Studio and the Villa that locks from each side. If desired, both of the units can be rented to create a 3 bedroom space.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed on the property.
Beach chairs are located in the black, storage bin behind the outdoor patio furniture.
