Enjoy your stay in this beautifully upgraded 1928 Spanish Mission Style home. No more than 5 miles from the airport, beach, zoo or downtown, you are at the center of it all. Enjoy fast wifi, a fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar, a private fenced-in backyard with a relaxing outdoor setting, or curl up on the couch with some popcorn for movie night on our smart tv. This home is a lovely space to unwind after a long day of either work or play.
As soon as you step inside the home you are greeted by a colorfully decorated foyer where you can catch up on some work, sip your coffee, read a good book or just kick back and relax. For extra guests, this couch pulls out into a queen sized bed. A few steps further into the living area you will find a large comfy couch nestled in front of a beautiful fireplace underneath a large smart tv. Feel free to grab some footstools and prop those puppies up. A little further is the dining area and kitchen which has been beautifully updated and fully stocked for your cooking and baking needs. Through the kitchen's french doors you can step out into the brand new backyard space which features a fenced-in yard (bring your fur babies!), lush artificial turf and relaxing string lights to enjoy when the sun goes down. Back inside you will find two spacious bedrooms with one king and one queen memory foam bed and walk-in closets to hang your clothes. Late riser? You'll want to pull the curtains closed at night because this house gets a lot of sunlight!

During your stay we want to make sure that you are able to relax and enjoy your time spent here. Check-in is completely contactless simply by using your smartphone to access the home. If for any reason you need to contact us, we are just a phone call away.
The neighborhood surrounding the home is a unique one. Like this one, most of the homes here are historic (this particular one was built in 1928!) and the architecture is breathtaking. There is a supermarket just under a mile down the road and 0.3 miles east you will find the BEST Cuban restaurant in West Palm Beach. Also just to East you will periodically hear the train going by. Looking for something fun to do? Check out the Palm Beach Zoo and Science Museum just a five minute drive away or get on the green at Drive Shack or the Lake Worth Golf Course, both under a ten minute drive. When it comes to dining, let us be your guide! We will have prepared for you an entire foodie/activity packet so you know exactly where to go to get our personal and local favorites in the area. Whether you are looking for a bite to eat after laying out on the beach or something you get to dress up for, we have you covered. You will be amazed at what this area has to offer!
Although we are close to everything, we do recommend renting a vehicle to get around during your stay if you are not traveling here by car. Lyft and Uber are also very popular but if you prefer public transportation, there is a bus stop on the main intersection near the house.
