Enjoy your stay in this beautifully upgraded 1928 Spanish Mission Style home. No more than 5 miles from the airport, beach, zoo or downtown, you are at the center of it all. Enjoy fast wifi, a fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar, a private fenced-in backyard with a relaxing outdoor setting, or curl up on the couch with some popcorn for movie night on our smart tv. This home is a lovely space to unwind after a long day of either work or play.
The space
As soon as you step inside the home you are greeted by a colorfully decorated foyer where you can catch up on some work, sip your coffee, read a good book or just kick back and relax. For extra guests, this couch pulls out into a queen sized bed. A few steps further into the living area you will find a large comfy couch nestled in front of a beautiful fireplace underneath a large smart tv. Feel free to grab some footstools and prop those puppies up. A little further is the dining area and kitchen which has been beautifully updated and fully stocked for your cooking and baking needs. Through the kitchen's french doors you can step out into the brand new backyard space which features a fenced-in yard (bring your fur babies!), lush artificial turf and relaxing string lights to enjoy when the sun goes down. Back inside you will find two spacious bedrooms with one king and one queen memory foam bed and walk-in closets to hang your clothes. Late riser? You'll want to pull the curtains closed at night because this house gets a lot of sunlight!
