Welcome to our beautiful historic cottage, a fully equipped "Home Away From Home" nestled in the charming city of West Palm Beach, Florida. Built in 1949, this cottage exudes character and offers a comfortable retreat for families. With 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room, this cottage ensures a relaxing and convenient stay for up to 6 people.
BEDROOMS: The cottage features 3 separate bedrooms, providing ample space and privacy for every guest.
*Master bedroom: Unwind in the cozy master bedroom furnished with a comfortable king-size bed, 2 nightstands, a large closet, and a desk for any work needs. Families traveling with children will find a pack n' play conveniently stored in the closet.
*Bedroom 2: This inviting bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-size bed, 2 nightstands, and a spacious closet for all your storage needs.
*Bedroom 3: Perfect for the kids, this adorable bedroom features a day bed with 2 separate full twin-size mattresses, allowing for separate sleeping arrangements. A large closet is also available for storing belongings.
BATHROOMS: The cottage includes 2 full bathrooms to accommodate your family's needs. The guest bathroom offers a convenient walk-in shower, while the master bathroom features a relaxing tub. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, and essential first aid products.
LIVING ROOM: Gather in the cozy living room, one of the cottage's standout features. Sink into the comfortable couch and enjoy quality time together. Indulge in movie nights on the big screen using the smart TV equipped with popular apps such as Netflix, Disney+, HBO, Amazon Prime, and Hulu. Feel free to log in to your own accounts or download your favorite apps for personalized entertainment.
KITCHEN: Embrace the joy of cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with cookware, bakeware, utensils, glassware, flatware, and place settings for six. For the little ones, we provide plastic cups and small plates. The pantry and refrigerator are stocked with cooking staples for your convenience.
LAUNDRY ROOM: Leave your worries about laundry behind. The cottage features its own washer and dryer, along with laundry detergent and dryer sheets. An iron and ironing board are also provided. In the cabinet, you'll find extra blankets, sheets for the trundle bed, and beach towels for your use during your stay.
BACKYARD/PATIO: Step outside and immerse yourself in the spacious and inviting backyard. The large shaded patio deck features a full picnic table, perfect for outdoor dining day or night. Self Check-in is available at 3 pm. You will receive an entry code with your check-in info. Early access is available upon request if available.
Your hosts are available from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. via text message or through the Airbnb messaging app.
Quiet tree lined neighborhood centrally located to everything West Palm Beach and Lake Worth have to offer. Your family will enjoy the newly updated park across the street. Near golfing, beach, museums, shopping, and restaurants.
A large driveway big enough to fit 2 cars/RV and more parking on the street is available. Of course Uber/Lyft is always a choice as well as the Brightline train
PETS WELCOME. All pets must be approved prior to check-in. Limit to 2 pet per visit. Guests are responsible cleaning up after their pets in the backyard. Extra cleaning charge may be applied if pets are not cleaned up after.
