With your reservation you are getting the following:
Heated pool with salt water (not chlorine)
1. A compact guest house/pool house. That is a SMALL COTTAGE Size of the cottage is about 370 S.FT.
It is a separate, independent structure. That has its own dedicated property and is NOT connected to the main building. The cottage is comfortable for 1-3 persons. It consists of:
Bedroom with a Queen size bed.
Small "Florida room" with a sleeping sofa.
Small Kitchenette.
Adequate size bathroom.
2.The swimming pool. 15 000 gallons capacity. Illuminated all night. Not shared with anybody.For use only and exclusively by guests.
3. Spa/Jacuzzi/hot tub/Whirl pool. Surprisingly high maintenance and high cost of operating, cleaning and repair.
So, it may be NOT AVAILABLE ALL THE TIME. (If it is under maintenance, service or repair)
And for the ADDITIONAL payment - $25/day (cost of electricity, water, chemicals and filters)
Requires about 5-7 hours for preparation. Heating the water. Testing. Treating with chemicals. And doing the final Cleaning cycle. In accordance with the COVID-19 Protocol.
3. Open space bar under roof. For a dinner or BBQ.
4. Weather proof gazebo. Lighted. Some guests prefer to sleep in it.
5. 6 pool lounge chairs with cushions
6. Floating pool mattresses.
7. All night illumination of the property.
8. Driveway for parking (2 spots in the 4-car driveway). Will fit a truck if needed.
9. Gas grill
10 Induction stove. Microwave. Coffee maker Keurig with supply of coffee pods. Compact oven. Toaster. Small and big refrigerators.
11. A/C with remote.
12. Plenty of bottles with tiki oil and a strong outside mosquito trap against possible mosquitoes.
13. Complimentary free snacks. in the refrigerator.

The morning pool cleaning is very quiet and noise-free. But the guest may opt-out of it completely if desired. To have the ultra privacy in the pool in these early hours too.

In a few walking blocks East there is Flagler Dr - a beautiful waterfront to stroll, jog, bike. At the beginning of Flagler there is a small local unofficial Summa Beach. Because of its quiet water is very good for kayaking, boarding, etc.
3 miles South - there is a large public Lake Worth Casino Beach
4 miles North - a wonderful place for daytime/night life activities World Famous CityPlace.
2 short walking blocks North - there is a very nice sports and recreation South Olive Park. Tennis courts. Basketball. Children`s activity center. And a water-park. Children love this place. And everything is free.
In about 4 miles there is a very pretty Zoo. Children love it too.
1 walking block West - a large grocery store "WinDixie", liquor store, Planet Fitness and several take-outs.
A few steps further North - a very nice Havana restaurant. For eat-in and take-out.
A great day for snorkeling at Peanut Island if interested.
Parties. Currently no pool parties or any other similar events are possible. Due to community restrictions and related issues with some residents of this quiet neighborhood.
Dogs. Normally it is OK. But must be discussed in advance.
Normally check-in at 2.30-3.00 P.M. Check-out at 11.30-12.00 Noon. But all is VERY flexible - depending on the guest`s needs.
