All property areas are accessible, except for “The Cottage”, only available for groups 19-20 guests (upon request)for a nightly fee of $200. This is a Cabana located outside the main house that has been remodeled and turned into a beautiful Suite for two, with views to our gardens and patio.
Due to the 2-story apartment layout and to ensure privacy, we recommend that the same family members sleep in the unit ( Suites Zakynthos and Corfu, bedrooms 1 and 2) since to access the master bedroom on the 2nd floor, you need to take the stairs located on the 1st floor (inside bedroom 1- Zakynthos Suite), this apartment has an independent entrance from the right side of the house for added convenience and privacy.

Guests 17–18: $100 per night (for every 2 guests).
Guests 19–20: An additional $100 per night applies, as the detached cottage must be used.
So, for a full group of 20 guests, there is an additional charge of $200 per night on top of the Airbnb rate.

As part of Florida's tropical environment, we've noticed an increase in the iguana population in the area. While these colorful creatures can be quite striking to see, they do tend to leave droppings in open areas.
Unfortunately, this is somewhat unavoidable. We appreciate your patience and understanding—if needed, a quick cleanup usually does the trick. Thanks for helping keep the area clean and enjoyable for everyone!
