3. Ideally, set the AC to 72°F or higher when leaving the home to maintain efficiency and protect the unit from potential issues.
Things to Note:
The minimum age to book is 30.
Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement.
Please remove your shoes when inside the house.
The home is not pet-friendly.
The property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Please note, however, that a fee of $50 per night applies for each guest after the 8th.
Please note that the pool heating is available upon request. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to bring the water to the ideal temperature before your arrival. Kindly submit your request through the booking platform.
