Hip, spotless two-room flat, plus Jack & Jill bathroom and little private patio. Relax in lush, tropical garden in pool area. Beautiful neighborhood near water. Easy walk, intracoastal waterway a block from home. Short drive to PBIA, shopping, beaches. Ten minute drive to downtown WPB or island of Palm Beach. Peaceful south-end location. The flat is attached to lovely home with own entrance. Nicely appointed--relaxed. 6% Palm Beach County Short-term tax included.
Neat, modern apartment attached to a newer cottage on lovely street near the water. A sitting room and bedroom with a generous, double-sink dressing room with separate shower/bath area. Cozy, blue bedroom with Queen-size bed and armoire. Small "Buddha" garden and private patio outside door to flat. Use the pool and enjoy the tropical garden during day. Off-street parking. Nespresso coffee machine, minimal kitchen facilities with fridge and microwave. Basic kitchen supplies and condiments in flat, as well. The flat does have antiques and decorations, and no safety equipment for pool, so adults with no small children are preferred. Babies, however, are welcome!
Private pool, Tiki Hut use during the day, M-F. We work, so it’s private most days. Off-street parking on shaded street. Private entrance and patio with table and chairs outside unit. Beach pads, beach umbrella, chairs and even a picnic basket available for you. If you don’t find it in the flat just ask! I will do everything possible to make your stay a good one. Massage by Natalya can be arranged to have by the pool—heaven! Also dive trips guided by Tom can be arranged, even if you’re not certified.
I am usually available to help you find anything you might need to make your stay more enjoyable. I know the area well, and have local history books and flyers in flat for your perusal. I have two small dogs and a cat, but they shouldn’t bother you.
I do work, though, so am not always available during the day.
Upscale, older neighborhood near water—safe and secure. Old trees and a curve in the street—a rarity around here!
There are buses that run just a block away, and Uber is available. Best thing is to rent a car because one must drive to get to attractions and the beach. Good walking around here along the Intracoastal, right down the block. Just a few miles from iconic Palm Beach and fun Lake Worth town and beach. Plenty of restaurants of all kinds nearby.
I have two mini Dachshunds. They are mature now and better behaved than last year. Hari, a big pink kitty, is around as well. The pool is not heated.
This rental is for short-term only. No more than 5 days at a time, please: qThere’s no kitchen.
If you want a massage, Natalya Durand has offered Airbnb guests full hour, poolside massage. I’ll send you her number once you book.
Books about Florida, and pamphlets with current events, list of restaurants and menus for home delivery food are all in mirrored desk for you. Internet and cable TV, microwave, fridge and basic kitchen supplies in unit.
