For parking convenience, the circular driveway and parking strip in front of the garage can accommodate up to six vehicles. Please note that currently, Forest Hill Hideaway does not feature a dock on the canal. However, there is a public canal access that is only a few minutes away.

Currently, Forest Hill Hideaway does not permit parties or events. As it is situated in a serene residential neighborhood, local ordinances stipulate quiet hours after 10 PM, prohibiting loud music, noise, or partying. We kindly ask guests to bring any noise indoors after this time.
While our neighbors are aware of Forest Hill Hideaway being an Airbnb property, they have limited tolerance for excessive noise or partying.
By booking Forest Hill Hideaway, you agree that any occurrence of excessive noise, partying, or other disturbances leading to police intervention will result in a $500 charge and non-refundable cancellation of the remaining reservation.
Parking
The circular driveway provides plenty of parking for up 6. cars in front of the home. Absolutely no parking along the streets.
Pool Heating Policy:
From November to March, the pool temperature is set at a comfortable 85 degrees. Should you desire a higher temperature (up to 95 degrees), an additional fee of $50 per day applies. For temperatures exceeding 95 degrees (up to a maximum of 105 degrees), the daily fee is $75.
During April to October, the pool heater remains off by default. Should you wish to activate the heater, there is an additional charge of $50 per day, allowing the temperature to reach up to 95 degrees.
Kindly inform us before your arrival if you prefer a temperature adjustment beyond the standard setting, as it typically takes 24-48 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature, depending on the external temperature conditions.
Please note, there is no lifeguard on duty. Forest Hill Hideaway, its owners, and property agents cannot be held responsible for accidents, including those related to the pool, sea wall, lake/canal, drowning, or personal injuries. Swimming in the canal is strictly prohibited.

Please keep in mind that Florida boasts a sub-tropical climate, known for its warmth and humidity—after all, that's likely why you're visiting, right?! As a result, a diverse array of insects, birds, lizards, iguanas, snakes, and frogs may consider Forest Hill Hideaway their home. It's not uncommon to occasionally encounter insects, frogs, or chameleons inside or near the residence; this is simply part of life in Florida. While our netted lanai aids in keeping critters and mosquitoes.
Smoking & Drugs:
Smoking of any kind, whether cigarette or electronic, is strictly prohibited inside Forest Hill Hideaway or within the lanai area. Guests are welcome to smoke outdoors on the deck area, but must responsibly use the provided ash receptacles. To mitigate fire and environmental risks, cigarette butts must not be disposed of in the landscaping, canal, pool, or ground.
The storage or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited at all times within Forest Hill Hideaway.
For safety reasons, guests are not permitted to relocate the grill due to fire hazards.
Early Check-in or Late Check-out rules:
Our check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 11 am. If early check-in or late check-out is requested by 2 hours or more than an extra fee of $50 (up to 4 hours only) will be added to your rental agreement and ONLY IF, OUR CLEANERS CAN ACCOMMODATE. We will try our best to accommodate guests, however it is not guaranteed.

Forest Hill Hideaway is only 10 minutes to downtown Lake Worth, which has two streets of local merchants, restaurants and bars. A few more minutes east and there is Lake Worth Pier, Lake Worth Beach featuring a specular sunrise breakfast at Benny’s on the Beach.
A 15 minute car ride north is downtown West Palm Beach, which includes the famous Rosemary Court with restaurants and entertainment. A 20 min ride south is Delray Beach which has the famous Atlantic Avenue.
