This one bedroom one bathroom sleeps two. Full sized bathroom with new shower. Eat in Kitchen but what really makes this space nice is the covered outside area that is over 400 sq. ft. which includes a dinning Al Fresco space and plus a place to relax. We've now added a totally open outdoor space in the backyard for grilling and dinning under the stars. Washer and dryer are outside and covered as well so it doesn't heat up the home. In addition, you are in close proximity to many restaurants less than 1000' of where you are staying. Check out our guidebook below for some suggestions. Although we do allow pets we charge a nominal fee of $79 which is included when you check off that you have a pet under reservations.

All of the space is dedicated for the use of the occupants as well as a parking space just outside the door. No shared spaces. Outdoor space for dinning totally Al Fresco. Grilling area behind the unit for cooking under the stars with a seating area.
I'm always available by phone and live only 10 minutes from the property. Property is now monitored by an exterior camera.
I love living on the Southend of West Palm Beach. I have lived here for almost 20 years and that's why I'm hosting the Antique Row Bungalow. There are two parks within a mile and a half from this unit. My favorite Bakery right next door is called Napoleon Bakery one of the best kept secrets in W. Palm Beach, Palm Beach is a 10 minute car ride NE, the airport is a 10 minute ride the opposite way NW, located right on Antique Row for finding those special items for your home or business, The Norton Museum is open again after a $100 million renovation very Top Notch and worth seeing. Palm Beach's Glorious Worth Avenue is a scant 10 minute car ride away with many great restaurants and shopping. The Zoo is only 5 minutes away.
I picked this location because it is walkable to many things or a short car ride to even more points of interest.
NO SMOKING AND NO PARTIES ARE allowed inside or outside on the patio or grounds of the units. Pets are allowed however there is a nominal fee. You are close to golfing, Palm Beach, Sunfest (In May), Lake Worth Beach, Palm Beach Zoo at Dreher Park, City Place, Kravis Center, Golfing, and the airport are all only 10 minutes away by car. Walking distance to many good restaurants and parks. Good transportation and free parking for yourself and a very short term guest. Behind the best bakery in West Palm Beach Napoleon Bakery. You can take a nice bike ride, walk, jog along the Inter Coastal waterway only a five minute walk to the East. Vacationers, Professionals, Business people and everyone in between is welcome.
