It is very easy to get around from this particular property making it ideal for business travelers or those that love to explore and dont want to sit at a bunch of lights to get to the main roads. Lake Clarke Shores has its own police and fire department making it popular for families who enjoy our wonderful park, lakes, and monthly food truck events. The airport is less then 10 minutes away and the beach is 1 mile as the pelican flys. Our home makes it effortless to plan your perfect getaway.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the following areas:

The entire interior of the Coastal Pool House, including the living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
The backyard with the large pool, perfect for relaxation and enjoyment.
The covered patio, featuring a newly built pergola, ideal for al fresco dining and outdoor gatherings.
The game room, where guests can enjoy entertainment and friendly competitions.
Areas off-limits to guests:

Two storage closets designated for supplies, ensuring a well-maintained and organized space for your convenience.

Other things to note
Please observe the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to be respectful of our neighbors. Local code ordinance strictly enforces this quiet time.
The maximum occupancy for the Coastal Pool House is 12 guests.
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Please avoid exceeding this limit to ensure compliance with city ordinance.
Pets are allowed with prior approval from the owner. An additional pet fee may apply.
Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. We do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs, subject to availability. Please inquire in advance.
Smoking is not permitted inside the Coastal Pool House. Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas, ensuring proper disposal of cigarette butts.
We take pride in providing a clean and well-maintained property. We appreciate your assistance in maintaining its condition during your stay.
Guest(s) who violate the maximum occupancy or noise ordinance will be asked to leave immediately, forfeiting all funds.
