The neighbors are very friendly and may even invite you over for an outside bbq or fiesta. Some neighbors only speak Spanish. Some neighbors own local shops in the area. And….we are just one block away from Carvel Ice Cream!!

You will have access to the entire guest cottage. The front patio (2 chairs, table and umbrella is for your exclusive use. The couches area between the two homes is for use by anyone on the property.
